What is Mindful Vitality?
Mindful Vitality describes the wholeness we long to experience in our lives. When you have a strong, healthy, vibrant body combined with a focused, clear mind, your spirit remains calm, giving you resiliency even in stressful times. This balanced mental and physical state can be achieved through a program of self-care, and is critical to retaining good health as you age and to maintaining strength when you are called upon to care for others.

A word from Sue...
As a member of the baby boomer generation, I’ve become increasingly aware of the role of mindfulness in healthy aging. Mindfulness gives us clarity of mind and strength of body which helps us achieve richer, more resilient lives.
Never was this more evident to me than when I was suddenly thrust into the role of caregiver and health care advocate for my mom in her final months of life.
As we made our way in and out of emergency rooms, hospitals, nursing homes, and finally hospice, the support of friends and family and the tools I used from my wellness program enabled me to maintain my clarity of mind, strength of body and daily resilience during our journey. After my mom’s death, I knew I wanted to work with others to share my signature program for achieving and maintaining Mindful Vitality.
