Yoga for Strength and BalanceYoga can strengthen your body and enhance your balance and flexibility. You will learn eight basic yoga poses that combine the benefits of weight bearing exercise with the added reward of expanding your balance, flexibility, and confidence.

Nutrition for Building Strong BodiesBy the age of 40, we begin to lose more bone than we make. You will learn about “nutrient dense” foods that provide natural sources of the vitamins and minerals necessary to build strong bodies. You’ll also enjoy easy-to-make recipes aimed at giving you the most nutritional bang for your buck.

Stress ManagementStress, if unmanaged, can rob you of sleep and mental clarity. Stress hormones affect every part of your body from your bones to your digestive system. You will learn simple restorative yoga poses for relaxation, as well as breathing and meditative techniques for calming the mind and reducing stress.
